As a Rights Respecting School that is always looking for ways to support our local community in accessing their rights, such as a clean and safe environment. We have therefore decided to move towards an almost paperless communication system.
At Riversdale, we are proud to use Weduc as our parent/carer communication smart phone app, which includes a wide range of useful features:
Keep up to date with what the children are learning through Weduc’s safe, social-media style Newsfeed.
In-app Messaging allowing you to send messages to and receive messages from the school office directly.
Access the Parent Portal to report pupil absences with ease and receive confirmation from the school once processed.

Whilst the school does their best to ensure your accounts are set up quickly, this can take up to 1 week from your child's enrolment to the school depending on a range of factors.
Any refunds will be made via the Arbor app, subject to the relevant terms and conditions/school policies.

The Weduc Help for Parents and Arbor Help Centre websites contains a series of articles that are designed to guide parents/carers in navigating the apps. The articles are clear and concise and provide the answer to a number of questions you may have in the first instance. If you require support, we recommend checking these articles.
Most technical support can be provided by the Weduc or Arbor companies on behalf of the school.
